Designing a comprehensive gamification model and pertinence in organisational context to achieve sustainability

چکیده

The present study outlines the power of gamification to help reduce attitudinal and engagement-related threats in a given non-game environment. Through this research paper, we proposed an extensive model gamification, on series theoretical models (ELM Model, Fogg Behaviour ABC Model Attitude, Octalysis Framework MDE Framework) be implied organisations. Enabling participants eliminate disengagement. Secondly, have explored “Intent”, “Mechanism”, “Outcome” organizations that extensively applied for restructuring various functional activities. Further, through scholarly work, brought forward novel concept how may organisations achieve different dimensions sustainability (economic, social environmental).
